- B2B/ B2C sales experience is mandatory;
- Pro-activity, patience and persistence;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ecommerce experience is an advantage;
- Solution and target - oriented person;
- Fluent English C1 level.
About the position:
- According to the clients requests, offer them the assistance and expertise;
- Actively seek toengage newpotentialcustomers andto turn them into active clients;
- Provide clients with registration assistance via chat, email, and phone;
- Clearly describe the services offered by the company;
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients mainly viaphone.
