E-FARM is a fast-growing AgTech (Agricultural Technology) company, facilitating online-based farm machinery transactions on a global scale. The platform connects farmers, equipment dealers, inspection companies, financial institutions, logistics providers, and insurance companies to eliminate current trading barriers. Having just closed a financing round with a leading farm equipment manufacturer and a tech-focused Swedish venture capital company, E-FARM is looking for motivated and open-minded talents to further scale its operations.

Your challenge

  • You are the first point of contact for our new customers and are responsible for communication via telephone, e-mail, and chat
  • You determine the needs and the personal situation of the customers and convince them of the great service E-FARM offers
  • You create requirements profiles and transfer customers to the responsible sales manager after successful qualification
  • You work with the marketing team to develop posts and campaigns for attracting new leads on our social media channels
  • You carry out post-purchase interviews with customers to find out how we can improve our service

Your profile

  • Communication is your strength! You like direct contact with customers and to analyze their needs
  • You are persistent but always friendly and use your empathy to find out what customers are really looking for
  • Spanish, at native-speaker level, and solid English language skills for team communication
  • A positive attitude: You prefer to look for solutions rather than cling to problems
  • A willingness to work in a team and solve challenges together
  • Experience in the field of agricultural engineering, automobiles, or similar industries is a plus
