Job Description
- Meet with users and stakeholders, gather and formalize requirements
- Analyze city systems and identify integration opportunities
- Troubleshoot integration or business processes in the ERP system
- Worked with clients to convert data between different formats.
- Create or modify existing reports, assist end users in designing more complex report in the ERP system (Workday)
- Coordinate projects and data processing plans with user departments
- Help design, develop and maintain programs, scripts, and data interfaces with peripheral systems
- Work with external software support personnel to resolve software issues
- Participate in upgrades and/or new system implementations
- Prepare, review, and approve documentation to departmental standards
- May require on-call responsibilities and after-hours and weekend support responsibilities
