Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Customer Support Associate role is responsible for the first line of support for responding to incoming calls from customers to answer questions and inquiries they might have throughout the car selling or buying process. The Customer Support Associate is responsible for directly interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot problems, provide information as requested, and handle complaints. This role is expected to follow up with customers after they've had an issue with their transaction and resolve issues in a timely matter. The Customer Support Associate is assigned a queue of open unresolved cases which include handling returns, vehicle issues, processing refunds, general inquiries, etc. If a Customer Support Associate is unable to resolve a case, they are expected to escalate it to the Customer Support Team Lead.




What to Expect


  • Serve on the front lines of the guest and Travel Agent partners experience
  • Interact with guests and Travel Agent partners via phone; focusing on questions related to Carnival cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and many other pre-cruise related items
  • Provide consistent, high-quality support to all guests and Travel Agent partners
  • Research, navigate, and locate answers to guests and Travel Agent partners questions and concerns
  • Leverage Carnival s website, internal web-based knowledge service, system tools, and other resources to independently respond to inquiries
  • Document all calls, detailed resolution, and follow-up to actions


Requirements


  • Minimal 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution
  • Windows 10 Operating System Required
  • Wired internet connection
  • Hardwired USB Headset with phone quality audio
  • Dual monitors (recommended but not required)
  • Windows 11 supported
