new workshop under HELLA brand and maintaining existing workshop
accounts.

Warranty Management : Warranty checking and settlement
under the organizations norms. Preparing warranty sheets for the region.

Zonal Warranty Handling on Distributor wise.

Complaints Handling

Training: provide automotive
product trainings to sales team, automobile technicians and workshop staff.

Sales promotion activities-
Implement sales support activities like market campaigns, Tent campaigns, Van
campaign, Product Promotion, to increase sales in the region.

a)

To support Product Management
for launching New Products and feed backs on existing products.

To test and validate the new products
before giving it to the field.

To Co Ordinate with Marketing

Explaining the HELLA’s end
user support program to the Mechanics/ Workshops and Electricians.
