This is a remote position.

Summary:

We're looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Manager who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and out bound lead generation for digital advertising and marketing in the eCommerce industry.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Producing proposals then negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Up sell and cross sell new services to existing clients.
  • Market mapping potential digital marketing sales contacts.
  • Assisting advertising team with Digital Strategy development for potential new clients and existing clients.
  • Evolve and help shape the overall sales product and process.
  • Identifying good new lead opportunities and market sectors.
  • Managing and maintaining existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the advertising and marketing team to achieve better results.


Requirements

Requirements:


  • Have a strong grasp of sales techniques to nurture new leads and maintain existing clients for the long term
  • Present to clients confidently be able to talk through; strategies, concepts, techniques and forecasts
  • Having a high degree of skills in using Zoho One and specifically Zoho CRM systems to manage sales activity is advantageous
  • Proven experience as a business development manager or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

  • High degree of understanding of how to use a CRM to maximise lead and sales development.
  • Having a strong network of contacts will be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • A high school degree
