Hey there!
We are looking for a success-driven candidate who will fill our CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP PERONNEL role. Someone with INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE.
The chosen candidate will have the following responsibilities;

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls & their service level issues.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction through team management.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and manage time bound service level agreements.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.


Requirements

  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP/CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL BACKGROUND WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE
  • Proven customer support platform experience
  • International experience as a CR Personnel for software industry
  • Proven Track record of over-achieving and delivering job service level Agreement
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent writing skills and good command of English Language.
  • Microsoft Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Graduates with CRM needed are:
B.A English Language
B.A French Language
B.Sc Mass Communication
B.Sc Sociology
B.A. International Relations and History.
B.Sc Business Administration.
