We are recruiting for a Commissioned Sales Associate to join our growing company group.


The job responsibility will be creating a deal leads pipeline through all channels, connecting with the business market informing them of the services and solutions our team provides, and educating them on our sound reliable system strategy methodologies.


We provide a streamlined advanced prospecting-sales system platform with automation of tasks and communication.

We have trained sales support teams and technology advanced sales strategies assisting our sales team to focus on the optimum potential.


We are seeking to find a profoundly competitive, entrepreneurial, respectfully self-motivated & constantly focused person.


The position requires enthusiasm to succeed, readiness to go the additional mile, and the desire to be a necessary part of a winning crew.

This is a remote position.



Job Responsibility

  • Connect & Pursue B2B prospects to schedule discovery meetings through outbound calls & emails, social media, organizing, and industry events.

  • Host prospecting discovery sessions to document a potential client's business system needs and direct prospects to a further systems strategy and sales funnel outcome.

  • Oversee, track, and report on all sales activity and results.

  • Work collaboratively inside our sales system to optimize lead processes and methods for maximum conversion.

  • Be inspired to help within the plan and improvement of sales processes and deals.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns




Requirements


  • Has experience in Lead Generation, Email Outreach, & Cold Calling

  • Adaptable

  • Fast learner

  • Problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent customer relationship skills.

  • Good analytical skills in determining customers needs and offering solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge of digital and social campaigns is especially useful.

  • High sales & negotiation skills: effectively oversee and overcome prospect objections.

Technical Requirements

  • Laptop or Computer with Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor and above with at least 8GB RAM

  • Fast and reliable internet connection
