The job opportunity: Growth Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager who enjoys growing a product from scratch, and are dedicated to empower and inspire self-directed & self-motivated learning for kids!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground promotions etc. to drive traffic to digital channels.
- Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
- Lead, plan and support initiatives on client acquisition, client activation, client retention and client referral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years prior industry related growth & digital marketing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Start-up or EdTech experience preferred.
