Job Description

- Visit ICRC residences on regular basis to monitor housekeeping performance.
- Daily Check of all performed duties by the HK team within the delegation premises.
- Maintain inspection forms for the housekeepers.
- Assist in housekeepers conflict solving.
- Check the monthly / quarterly / bi-annually housekeeping cleaning tasks are performed on due time (as per the housekeeper’s job description) and provide reports to the Premises Manager.
- Assisting to organize housekeeping schedule as per the accommodation policy.
- Keep track of daily workers payments.
- Organise housekeeping holidays and absences and replacements.
- Supply ICRC guest houses with Breakfast items on weekly basis.
- Monitor water coupons consumption / order water coupons when needed and process related bills.
- Organise trainings for ICRC housekeeping staff.
