[PSSC] HW (Engine Control Unit Vehicle Control Unit)

業務内容:

• JOEMプロジェクトにおいてパワートレイン用コントロールユニットのHW開発業務を担い量産へ向けて顧客のニーズに合った最適なHWソリューションを顧客へ提案します
• HWソリューションを実現するために要求分析管理を行い回路設計レビュー設計検証妥当性確認を計画し推進を行います
• HWに関する技術的なアドバイスや問題解決のサポートをプロジェクトチーム内で行います
• 車両を使ったシステム検証を行いますHWの性能や耐久性を確認し品質の向上を追求します
• 生産工場との連携をとり量産準備のサポートを行います
• ドイツやインドなど海外拠点のメンバーとチームを構成しHWプロジェクトを推進します

• Responsible for hardware development tasks in the JOEM project proposing optimal solutions that align with customer requirements to support mass production.
• Conduct requirements analysis and management to realize hardware solutions and plan and drive circuit design design reviews design verification and validation activities.
• Provide technical advice and support for problem-solving related to hardware within the project team.
• Conduct system verification using vehicles assessing hardware performance and durability to pursue quality improvement.
•  Collaborate with production plants to support mass production preparation.
• Drive the HW project by forming a team with members from overseas locations such as Germany India and others.

Qualifications :

求められる条件能力:

- 電気電子工学の知識
- 電子回路設計の知識
- コミュニケーションスキル日本語 N1以上英語 TOEIC 600点以上

- Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge of electronic circuit design
- Communication skills (Japanese: JLPT N1 or higher; English: TOEIC score of 600 or above)

あれば望ましいスキル / Preferred skills:

- 測定評価スキル(例:オシロスコープETASツール)
- 信頼性試験に関する知識
- Control Unitの製造プロセスや品質管理の知識
- プロジェクトマネージメントスキル (経験2年以上)
- 回路設計の経験
- 自動車業界での経験

- Measurement Skills (e.g. Oscilloscope ETAS tool)
- Knowledge of reliability testing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management for control units
- Project management skills (with over 2 years of experience)
- Experience of Circuit design
- Experience in Automotive business area
