Position: Technical US IT Recruiter
Experience: 3-5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Technical US IT Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing and recruiting for niche technical roles a strong C2C vendor network/database and hands-on experience working with ATS platforms such as Ceipal or similar recruitment tools.
The candidate should also have a good understanding of modern AI tools and platforms used in recruitment sourcing screening and candidate engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working with C2C vendors and implementation partners.
- Proven experience handling niche technical requirements.
- Good understanding of US staffing processes tax terms visa types and employment models (W2 C2C 1099).
- Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS or similar ATS/recruitment platforms.
- Experience using AI tools/platforms for sourcing screening recruitment automation or candidate engagement.
- Strong knowledge of technical skill sets and trending technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
