We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Technical US IT Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing and recruiting for niche technical roles a strong C2C vendor network/database and hands-on experience working with ATS platforms such as Ceipal or similar recruitment tools.
The candidate should also have a good understanding of modern AI tools and platforms used in recruitment sourcing screening and candidate engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong experience working with C2C vendors and implementation partners.
Good understanding of US staffing processes tax terms visa types and employment models (W2 C2C 1099).
Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS or similar ATS/recruitment platforms.
Experience using AI tools/platforms for sourcing screening recruitment automation or candidate engagement.
Strong knowledge of technical skill sets and trending technologies.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
