Position: Deputy Manager – IT

Location: Cochin

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: 5–10 years of overall IT experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role. Strong knowledge of networking servers firewalls virtualization and cloud platforms.

Salary: 10 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – IT to manage the company's IT infrastructure support users maintain system security and lead IT projects. The candidate should have good technical knowledge and experience managing IT operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage servers networks firewalls and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth functioning and high availability of IT systems.
- Handle data backup and disaster recovery.
- Lead the IT support team and resolve user issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Active Directory ERP and other business applications.
- Implement IT security policies antivirus patch management and user access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware software and IT services.
- Plan and manage IT infrastructure and system upgrade projects.
- Prepare and monitor the IT budget.
- Support multiple office locations when required.

Preferred Skills:
* Good knowledge of: Networking Servers Firewalls Cloud platforms Microsoft 365 Active Directory Cybersecurity
* Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
* ITIL CCNA MCSE or CISSP certification.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as QAD).
- Knowledge of ISO TISAX or IATF audits.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
