Job Summary
Location: Chennai Shift: US Night Shift Work Mode: Work from Office
Join our US HRO team to deliver exceptional HR support across HR Operations Ask HR Payroll Payroll Tax Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management. Youll partner with global stakeholders to provide accurate compliant and customer-focused HR services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR Shared Services across one or more specialized HR functions.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities HR inquiries payroll compensation or talent processes.
- Resolve complex employee cases while ensuring compliance with US HR policies and regulations.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and support enterprise HR systems such as Workday ADP or ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners Payroll Finance Legal and other stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and manage escalations (Lead roles).
Qualifications :
Experience
- L2 (Senior Associate): 25 years of relevant HR Shared Services experience.
- L3 (Lead): 47 years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise and mentoring or leadership exposure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in HR Operations Ask HR US Payroll Payroll Tax Compensation & Benefits Talent Management or HR Shared Services.
- Experience supporting US HR or Payroll processes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Workday ADP ServiceNow SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with experience supporting US-based employees and customers.
- Strong analytical problem-solving stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Willingness to work US night shifts from the Chennai office.
