Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & Account Portfolio Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple beauty brand clients managing expectations regarding timelines formulation modifications and production capacities.
- Oversee the intake of new product concepts ensuring technical and commercial feasibility within our manufacturing ecosystem.
- Lead client-facing status meetings balancing multiple client demands while protecting overall manufacturing efficiency.
2. High-Volume SKU & Production Management
- Manage a massive active portfolio of 1000 SKUs ensuring opensuring optimal batch sequencing minimal downtime and maximum capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with Planning & Procurement to forecast raw material and packaging needs for different customers.
- Oversee the transition of products from lab-scale to industrial bulk production ensuring color-matching consistency pigment dispersion and sensorial elegance across batches.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree in Cosmetic Science Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field. (Post-graduate in Packaging Technology or Business Management is a strong plus).
