We areseekinga highly experienced Sr. Staff Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable high-performance web applications. This role requires deepexpertisein Angular C#/.NET TypeScript and cloud technologies along with strong technical leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture design and development of full-stack applications usingAngular TypeScript and C#/.NET
Collaborate with US onshore teams to deliver high-quality scalable solutions aligned with business goals
Drive technical direction best practices and coding standards across the engineering team
Design and implementcloud-native applications (Azure/AWS/GCP)with a focus on scalability and reliability
Mentor and guide engineers conduct code reviews and foster a culture of engineering excellence
Work closely with product managers UX designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure application performance security and maintainability
Lead troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines automated testing and deployment strategies
Requirements
Bachelors orMasters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
10 years of experience in software development with strong full-stackexpertise
Deep experience with:
Angular (latest versions)
TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3
C# / .NET Core /
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWSpreferredAzureor GCP acceptable)
Strong experience in building APIs usingREST and/orGraphQL
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Proficiencyin Git and modern development workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing enterprise-scale applications
Exposure to containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka Service Bus etc.)
Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools
Prior experience working in a global delivery model withdistributedteams
