Job Title:ServiceNow HRSD
Job Summary:
The ServiceNow HRSD professional is responsible for designing developing and implementing HR solutions using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience by streamlining HR processes and integrating them with other business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design and configure HRSD modules includingHR Case Management Employee Service Center Lifecycle Events and Knowledge Management.
- Implement workflows for onboarding offboarding and other employee lifecycle events.
- Customize the Employee Service Center portal to improve user experience.
- Integration & Automation:
- Integrate HRSD with third-party systems such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
- Automate HR processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with HR IT and other departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and enhancements to existing HRSD implementations.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create technical documentation user guides and training materials.
- Train HR staff and end-users on new features and functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience with ServiceNow including at least 2 years in HRSD.
- Strong understanding ofHR processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience withServiceNow Studio Flow Designer Scoped Applications andNow Mobile.
- Familiarity withHR integrations(e.g. Workday SAP).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSDis highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience withEmployee Document ManagementHR Performance Analytics andMobile Onboarding.
- Knowledge ofAgile methodologiesandITIL practices.
