Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM SAM Pro Developer with 4 years of experience in implementing and customizing Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITAM SAM Pro solutions.

• Implement Software Asset Management lifecycle processes and license compliance.

• Configure software models publishers normalization reclamation and license reconciliation.

• Integrate ServiceNow with software discovery and inventory tools.

• Develop workflows Flow Designer Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes and UI Policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAM Pro issues and support production environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Hands-on experience with ITAM SAM Pro implementation and customization.

• Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management processes and license compliance.

• Experience with Discovery CMDB IntegrationHub REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer.

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
