- 1015 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM).
- Experience with Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
- Experience with Performance Analytics and executive dashboards.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and portfolio governance.
- Experience working in large SI environments such as Wipro Accenture TCS Infosys Cognizant Capgemini or similar is preferred.
