Responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform including configuration upgrades user access and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers networking basics load balancers SSL certificates and integrations with enterprise tools.
Experience in ITSM modules platform security workflow/UI policiesACLs and troubleshooting infra-related issues.

Good to have:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ITIL v4
Foundation.
