The Senior Research Executive for Cytiva is part of the Marketing Global Capability Center located in Bangalore and will be on-site. At Cytiva our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Liaise directly with stakeholders on day-to-day project management needs. Contribute to project design and delivery discussions. Manage project timelines.
• Brief and manage agencies where appropriate.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and charting.
• Work on creating research deliverables. Independently group and organize findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story.
• Attend presentations and support the Senior Manager Customer and Market Insights with delivery of (part of) the research findings and recommendation.

Who you are:

• Degree level qualified (2:1 as a minimum) is essential ideally in a relevant area (e.g. Biomedical Sciences Biology Physiology Pharmacology Immunology Psychology)
• Must have 3 years previous market research experience working within a market research agency
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with market research quantitative tools such as Q Tableau etc.
• Experience independently managing several research projects simultaneously.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• B2B and/or Pharmaceutical/ healthcare /life science research sector experience
• Experience with dashboarding such as Power BI
