Sales Operations Analyst Sales Solutions (Fixed Term Contract 12 Months)

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.
This is a global Sales Operations Analyst role supporting stakeholders across APAC EMEA and the Americas. The role focuses on advanced analytics data engineering fundamentals automation and AI-driven sales operations excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design create and manage SQL tables schemas and structured datasets to support scalable analytics.
- Write advanced SQL queries (joins aggregations window functions) and optimise performance for large datasets.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel for global sales insights.
- Build and automate workflows using Power Apps and Power Platform.
- Partner with global stakeholders to standardise reporting planning and sales operations processes.
- Drive data integrity and governance across CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics).
- Support global forecasting territory planning and quota analysis.
- Identify opportunities to automate BAU tasks using AI and low-code solutions.
AI & Advanced Analytics
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot LLMs) to automate reporting data analysis and documentation.
- Use AI to generate insights identify patterns and recommend business actions.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for sales operations and reporting automation.
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools to improve scalability and efficiency of operations.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 4 years experience in Sales Ops / Analytics / Business Ops.
- Experience with SQL including table creation and query optimisation.
- Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics).
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Apps / Power Platform automation.
- Knowledge of Python or scripting.
- Experience with AI tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
- Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
