About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth develop new customer relationships and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads managing key accounts achieving sales targets and promoting our security and access control solutions.

About the Role

Solidz.I0 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales preferably in the Electronics Security Automation Access Control CCTV or related industries.

This role involves a combination of field sales and office-based business development including customer meetings lead generation channel partner development product demonstrations proposal preparation and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Meet customers consultants system integrators and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations proposals and sales reports.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in Electronics Security Systems Access Control CCTV Automation or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: 25000 per month
  • Performance Incentives: Up to 25000 per month
  • Total Earning Potential: Up to 50000 per month
