Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Experience in content review script review IP management etc.
* Provide legal advice / opinion regarding matters pertaining to content development production
distribution licensing and intellectual property rights.
* Independently draft negotiate and review a wide range of contracts/documents including content
licensing acquisition and syndication agreements content procurement agreements Commissioning
and production of shows ATL/BTL deals production contracts marketing and agency contracts in-film /
co-branding agreements IP monetization deals NDAs indemnity letters notices replies etc.
Requirements
* Relevant 7-10 years or more in Media & Entertainment Industry
* Required qualification: LLB/LLM (qualification in IPR or media and entertainment law shall be preferred)
* Strong understanding of content production licensing distribution and intellectual property rights
* Extensive experience in contract drafting negotiation legal advisory and risk assessment
* Experience in content review script review IP management and regulatory compliance
* Strong legal research analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
