Qualifications: Postgraduate in Urban and Regional Planning / Geo informatics / Geo science / Geo-Spatial Data Analysis.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in the Urban Sector with relevant exposure to large-scale Government
• programmes in Urban Planning & Development / Infrastructure Projects / Municipal
• Services.
• Experience in advisory and geospatial data management for Central / State / Regional
• Government.
• Proven track record in project monitoring and management.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• GIS software: Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS QGIS Map Info Pro Google Earth.
• Spatial analysis: Understanding of spatial analysis techniques and tools.
• Data management: Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
• Programming: Familiarity with programming languages like Python SQL and ArcPy

Project Management Skills:

• Project planning: Ability to plan and scope GIS projects.

Team management: Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Communication: Strong communication and stake holder management skills.
• Budgeting: Ability to manage project budgets and resources.
• Risk management: Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.

Soft Skills:
