Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning designing and monitoring state educational programs and projects.
- Help in defining project scopes objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinate various projects to ensure smooth transition implementation and tracking at the District Block and Cluster levels.
- Assist in managing project schedules resources and information.
- Work closely with all stakeholders including State Centre external agencies and other partners to implement and monitor programs and initiatives.
- Maintain coordination with the education ecosystem partners of the state to understand their programs at the state and district levels.
- Assist in tracking program and project progress data performance indicators
- Support collaboration with subject experts in SCERT DIETs and other academic bodies of the state.
- Provide administrative support to ensure team effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Masters degree in finance Business/Accounting/ Operations/ Project Management/ Social Science/ Technology
- Overall Experience 2 - 4 years
- Experience of working in education domain
- Experience of having worked on e-governance projects at State/Central Govt. programs will be preferred.
- Experience of working with Senior govt Stakeholders is an preferred
- Proficiency in MS Tools MS Office and Google suite.
