Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- Resource & Budget Management: Estimate negotiate and manage budgets while optimizing the use of labor materials and equipment.
- Quality & Compliance: Determine quality control standards and ensure all products consistently meet these specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise train and manage production personnel set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluate performance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine maintenance and rapid repair of production machinery to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict health safety and environmental regulations across the production floor.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process optimization methods (such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma) to reduce costs and increase productivity
