We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Pre-Sales Content & Design Specialist to join our RFX team a high-impact group focused on enabling sales success in large and strategic opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling content creation and design supporting pursuit teams in crafting compelling proposals pitch decks and executive narratives. You will help shape how we communicate our value - translating complex solutions into clear persuasive and visually engaging content that resonates with clients.
This position requires strong narrative thinking structured content development and an understanding of sales messaging along with the ability to bring it to life visually
Key Responsibilities
Narrative & Content Development
Partner with sales bid managers and solution teams to shape compelling win themes storylines and proposal narratives.
Develop and refine proposal content executive summaries and pitch decks with a strong focus on clarity flow and persuasion.
Translate complex solutions into client-centric messaging that highlights differentiation and value.
Pitch Deck & Proposal Creation
Create high-quality client presentations pitch decks and proposal documents that combine strong storytelling with polished visuals.
Structure content into logical impactful formats suited for executive audiences.
Ensure consistency across messaging tone and visual storytelling.
Visual Storytelling & Design
Design supporting visuals such as infographics icons diagrams and layouts to enhance comprehension and engagement.
Collaborate with designers (or independently execute) to bring content to life visually.
Apply design thinking to improve readability flow and audience impact
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with pursuit teams SMEs and leadership stakeholders to gather inputs and iterate on content.
Act as a bridge between content and design ensuring alignment between narrative and visual execution
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in business Communications Design Marketing or related field.
4 8 years of experience in pre-sales proposal development consulting marketing or content strategy roles.
Strong experience in creating pitch decks proposals and executive presentations.
Core Skills
Exceptional storytelling and content structuring ability.
Strong understanding of sales messaging and client-centric communication.
Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear compelling narratives.
Design & Tools
Working knowledge of PowerPoint (advanced) Word and storytelling formats.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) for basic design support.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers or independently create polished layouts.
