Job Summary
Job Title : PLM Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand the assembly process and implement in PLM
Align master data with assembly sequence
Create and manage EBOM MBOM and SBOM structures
variant creation for EBOM in Teamcenter
Create and manage Bill of Process (BoP)
Consuming MBOM under specific structure in Manufacturing process planning (MPP).
Create and maintain 150% MBOM.
Implement the engineering changes in ERP system.
Identify and create the purchase levels.
Proactively inform Product Planner and all stakeholders on new releases and engineering updates.
Work with PA /Engineering teams as required
To carry out all assigned tasks as necessary to achieve desired results and meet departmental goals.
Provide regular project and status updates to Team Manager
At least 4-6 Years experience in PLM Preferably Team Centre Manufacturing.
Expertise in BOM Management (EBOM MBOM SBOM)
Knowledge of Variant Configuration and Rules
Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECN)
Experience in Assembly process planning and sequencing
Knowledge on ERP systems in handling and maintaining master data.
Experience from relevant industry application - e.g. Mining Equipment / Automotive or other relevant application preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective collaboration and stakeholder communication
Attention to detail with high data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
