Summary:
Are you a results-driven engineering professional with a passion for B2B relationship management We are looking for an EB Engagement Engineer (EEE) to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with Equipment Builders (EBs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across India.
In this role you will act as the vital local touchpoint managing assigned accounts generating leads and collaborating with local sales teams to convert opportunities into success.
Responsibilities
Account Management: Execute structured visit plans for assigned EB/OEM accounts to manage key metrics and strengthen relationships. Lead Generation: Actively solicit sales leads from EB accounts and collaborate closely with local sales teams for successful closure. Network Development: Build and nurture strong connections across the sales service and technical networks of selected EB accounts. Technical & Marketing Support: Assist with technology trials product activities and localised marketing campaigns at EB sites. Growth & Pipeline: Identify fresh opportunities for EB engagement within your geography to build a robust sales pipeline. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all account activities and submit comprehensive monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related non-IT engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in industrial sales marketing or service.
- Background: Strong preference for candidates with a background in Industrial Consumables Sales or Service and hands-on B2B relationship management.
- Skills: Self-driven motivated team player with excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Mobility: Must be open to frequent travel and willing to relocate to major cities based on business requirements.
