Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Google Ads Shopify/Woo Commerce platforms and performance analytics. The role requires a strong focus on lead generation return on ad spend (ROAS) and continuous campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce stores on Shopify and/or Woo Commerce.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze data and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva for advertisements social media and promotional campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Conduct audience research A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage product listings promotions and website updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends platform updates and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- Shopify and/or Woo Commerce
- Basic proficiency in Canva for creating marketing creatives.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking remarketing audience targeting and ROAS optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Performance Targets
- Generate 2030 qualified inquiries/leads per day.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum 3x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) within 90 days.
- Continuously improve campaign performance lead quality and conversion rates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Experience in scaling paid campaigns while maintaining profitability.
