Executive Support: Assist the Board with daily tasks including managing schedules appointments and meetings.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
Independent Research: Conduct research to provide data and insights for decision- making and prepare well-structured reports.
Presentation Preparation: Create and deliver professional presentations to support the Boards initiatives and decision-making processes.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all travel logistics including booking flights accommodationsand create itineraries.
Communication Management: Handle all incoming communication draft and review correspondenceand manage document preparation.
Office Operations: Manage office operations related to the Board including maintaining files coordinating with other departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
