Job Summary
Female Candidate preferred Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail hospitality) is advantageous. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices. Enthusiasm for learning new products and sales techniques. Fluency in English and Bengali is required. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer interaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
