Procurement Executive
Location:Infopark Kakkanad Kerala
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 24 years in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory)
procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) (Mandatory)
Salary:per month
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement sourcing vendor management and international purchasing. Candidates with procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) and knowledge of IT hardware and electronics sourcing will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Manage online bidding activities and develop new vendor relationships.
- Analyze customer RFQs and identify product requirements.
- Prepare accurate costing and technical quotation packages.
- Negotiate pricing payment terms and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate logistics by evaluating freight costs and selecting suitable shipment methods.
- Ensure compliance with international sourcing regulations including taxes duties and import/export requirements.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while evaluating vendor performance and onboarding new suppliers.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of procurement sourcing vendor development and supplier management.
- Good market knowledge of IT hardware and electronic products.
- Experience handling RFQs vendor negotiations and international procurement.
- Strong analytical organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with accuracy in costing and documentation.
