Job Summary
Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking a highly motivated and industry-connected Manager Training & Placement to lead and strengthen its placement ecosystem. The role focuses on building strong corporate partnerships creating employment opportunities and ensuring successful placement outcomes for students across diverse academic programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate relations or business development along with the ability to engage employers and drive campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements
Placement & Corporate Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters hiring managers HR leaders and industry partners.
Identify and onboard new companies for campus placements internships live projects.
Create placement opportunities across sectors by actively engaging with organizations and expanding the employer network.
Plan and execute campus recruitment activities including pre-placement talks interviews assessment drives and placement events.
Employer Engagement & Business Development
Build strategic partnerships with corporate industry bodies and professional organizations.
Promote Inspirias talent pool and academic strengths to prospective employers.
Explore collaborations that enhance student employability and industry exposure.
Represent the institution at industry events networking forums career fairs and corporate meetings.
Student Placement Support
Work closely with academic departments to understand student profiles and placement readiness.
Guide students on the hiring processes employer expectations and career opportunities.
Monitor placement progress and ensure students are matched with suitable opportunities.
Reporting & Strategy
Track placement statistics and employment outcomes.
Analyze industry hiring trends and identify emerging opportunities for students.
Prepare regular reports and recommendations to strengthen placement performance and employer outreach.
Required Skills:
Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement Corporate Relations Recruitment Staffing Talent Acquisition or Corporate Sales. Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-management skills. Proven ability to achieve placement targets and develop employer partnerships. Strong organizational and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Required Education:
First class Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship or in relevant discipline OR Minimum 55% Marks at Masters Degree in MBA (Finance/ International Business)
