About the Role
Maskoid Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR functions recruitment employee engagement and HR operations in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR records attendance and employee data.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Help in preparing HR reports and maintaining databases.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing Graduation or completed Graduation (preferred HR specialization).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
