12 years in HR / Recruitment/ Admin Experience in Renewable Energy / Infrastructure hiring is a plus
About the Company
We are a growing renewable energy company working on utility-scale solar and wind projects across India. As we expand our project portfolio we are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support hiring HR operations and people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Solar Wind O&M Projects Corporate roles)
Screening resumes coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Working closely with project and department heads on hiring needs
HR Operations
Employee onboarding and documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR files
Assisting with attendance leave tracking and basic HR compliance
Supporting HR policies and internal communication
Coordination & Support
Liaising with recruitment portals consultants and candidates
Ensuring smooth joining and exit processes
Supporting corporate office HR activities as needed
Who Were Looking For
12 years of experience in HR / recruitment
Hands-on experience with hiring and candidate coordination
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Excel Google Sheets and recruitment portals
Preferred: Experience hiring for renewable energy EPC infrastructure or engineering roles
Self-driven organized and willing to grow with the company
