HR Executive
Job Summary
Role Description Sharp and Tannan is seeking a dynamic HR professional with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring while supporting key HR processes. The role will primarily focus on recruitment delivery stakeholder management and improving hiring efficiency along with exposure to broader HR activities.
Day to Day
Talent Acquisition (60%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing to offer rollout including arrangements of laptop and other joining requirements Understand business requirements and align hiring strategy accordingly
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and vendor networks
Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Drive stakeholder management with Partners/Managers for timely feedback and closures
Ensure adherence to defined TATs and improve hiring turnaround time
Manage offer rollout negotiation and candidate engagement till onboarding
Maintain and track recruitment data dashboards and MIS reports
Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Generalist Support (40%)
Support offboarding processes for the employees
Coordinate for performance management processes (PMS) at an execution level
Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
Assist in exit formalities and basic exit interviews
Requirements
Candidate requirements:
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition in Niche profile and remote profile
Strong experience in handling multiple roles and stakeholder management
Good Analytical Skills
Confident and good verbal communication skills
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills
