Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced Payroll Specialists with expertise in UK Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for global employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing statutory compliance payroll reconciliation and Workday or similar HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end UK payroll (Weekly Bi-Weekly Semi-Monthly & Monthly).
- Perform payroll validation Gross-to-Net calculations reconciliation and audits.
- Handle arrears retro pay tax adjustments statutory payments overtime and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data privacy standards.
- Resolve payroll queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.
- Support payroll reporting year-end activities and process improvements.

Bachelors degree in any discipline. 23 years of UK Payroll experience. Hands-on experience with Workday (preferred) SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle.
