Position: HR Intern
Education: MBA in Human Resources
Location: Pune
Duration: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in leave & attendance management process.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and trackers.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
