HR Intern
Job Summary
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Partner with department heads to define roles and build "ideal candidate" profiles.
- Design a world-class onboarding experience that makes new hires feel like "part of the family" from day one.
- Act as the "pulse" of the organization identifying trends in morale and proactively addressing them.
- Organize team-building events celebrations and internal communication initiatives.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the performance review cycle ensuring feedback is constructive frequent and documented.
- Coach managers on how to handle difficult conversations and provide effective mentorship.
- Identify training needs and source professional development opportunities for the team.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRMS.
- Oversee payroll processing benefits administration and leave management.
- Ensure the company remains 100% compliant with local state and federal labour laws.
- Develop and update the Employee Handbook and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management BCA MCA or any other relevant technical or professional discipline.
- 70% throughout 10th 12th and Graduation/PG
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage.
