Key Responsibilities
Architect & Influencer Engagement
Develop strong relationships with Architects Interior Designers PMCs and Specifiers.
Conduct product presentations specification meetings and design consultations.
Drive product specifications and ensure inclusion in upcoming projects.
Promote innovative solutions aligned with current architectural and design trends.
Project Tracking & Business Development
Identify and track ongoing and upcoming projects within the assigned territory.
Generate business opportunities through influencer networks.
Collaborate with dealers distributors and sales teams for project execution.
Convert specified projects into actual business and strengthen brand preference.
Market Intelligence & CRM
Monitor competitor activities project movements and market trends.
Maintain project pipelines and customer interactions through CRM.
Prepare regular reports on engagement activities project status and business opportunities.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred).
36 years of experience in Project Sales Architect Engagement B2B Sales or Business Development.
Strong network among Architects Interior Designers PMCs and Builders in Chennai.
Excellent presentation communication and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of project sales and specification selling.
Age: Up to 37 years.
