Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the academic cocurricular and overall development of the school.
- Oversee curriculum design implementation and continuous improvement to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
- Mentor evaluate and support faculty and staff fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Lead the development and execution of policies procedures and best practices that align with the schools mission and regulatory requirements.
- Drive student achievement initiatives monitor performance metrics and implement interventions for academic and personal growth.
- Promote a safe inclusive and nurturing school culture that encourages creativity critical thinking and holistic development.
- Engage with parents alumni and the wider community to build strong partnerships and enhance the schools reputation.
- Manage budgeting resource allocation and infrastructure development in collaboration with the Board of Governors.
- Represent the school at educational forums conferences and media engagements.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations accreditation standards and quality assurance protocols.
Essential Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Education Educational Leadership or a related field from a recognized university.
- Advanced certification in school administration (e.g. NCTE NCERT or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical practices curriculum frameworks and assessment methodologies.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive studentcentric learning environment.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in school education with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles such as Principal VicePrincipal or Head of School.
- Proven track record of driving academic excellence and improving school rankings.
- Experience managing large coeducational institutions (500 students) is highly desirable.
- Successful experience in faculty development curriculum innovation and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with national educational policies accreditation processes and the Indian school ecosystem.
