Datafuel is looking for a driven and execution-focused GTM Lead / Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition and scale our growth engine.
About Us:
Datafuel is an AI-powered platform helping brands improve visibility availability supply chain efficiency and pricing across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms through automation and actionable insights.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build and lead the sales function drive outbound growth manage pipelines and close high-value deals while creating scalable acquisition systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale the sales team
Generate and manage new business opportunities
Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets
Develop repeatable customer acquisition processes
Mentor and train team members
Preferred Profile:
Experience in sales leadership and deal closures
SaaS sales background preferred
Strong consultative selling skills
Ability to build systems and processes from scratch
Self-driven and growth-oriented mindset
Compensation:
Fixed salary with performance-linked incentives (above industry standards)
