• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen channel relationships.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Mortgage sales (HL/LAP).
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong DSA management and sales leadership skills.
• Target-driven with good market knowledge.
