Manager - Finance & Accounts

Responsible for managing compliance audit and group accounting across multiple group companies. The role ensures timely statutory filings accurate financial reporting and tax compliance while coordinating with auditors consultants and senior management. The incumbent will lead and supervise the accounts team and drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and controls.

• Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
• Manage group accounting consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits; act as primary liaison with auditors and external consultants.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports financial analysis and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Oversee tax provisioning tax returns and tax assessments.
• Implement and monitor internal controls accounting policies and process improvements.
• Lead mentor and supervise the accounts team; review work and allocate responsibilities.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in compliance audit and group accounting.
• Prior experience handling multiple group companies or experience in a CA firm dealing with corporate clients is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Direct Tax Indirect Tax Companies Act and other statutory compliances.
