Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Collection Officer responsible for visiting customers
following up on pending payments and collecting dues in the assigned area while maintaining professional and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned customers to collect overdue payments.
Explain outstanding amounts and payment options clearly.
Maintain daily collection records and reports.
Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company policy.
Coordinate with the backend/CRM team for updates.
Follow company guidelines and the recovery process strictly.
Maintain good customer relationships and professionalism.
Meet daily/weekly and monthly collection targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills (local language required)
Basic smartphone knowledge (apps calls WhatsApp)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Honest disciplined and target-oriented
Immediate joiners preferred
Have good knowledge of MFI Loan
