Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Institutional Sales Executive to develop and manage business opportunities with educational institutions government organizations hospitals training centers and other institutional clients. The candidate should possess strong communication skills be customer-focused and be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory or India.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate business opportunities from educational institutions universities colleges schools hospitals government departments and other institutional customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations proposals and quotations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
Required Skills
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent customer interaction and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Good negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state or across India.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Institutional Sales B2B Sales or Corporate Sales.
