Job Summary
Strategic Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale programs managing budgets timelines and resource allocation within an Azure cloud environment.
Agile Leadership: Act as a high-level Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer facilitating Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Retrospectives and PI Planning.
Business Analysis: Partner with executive stakeholders to translate vague business needs into concrete technical requirements user stories and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical engineering teams managing expectations and providing transparent reporting.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and risks; develop mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine Agile/Kanban methodologies to improve team velocity and product quality.
