We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client queries provide assistance maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls queries and follow-ups professionally.
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding services and processes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Follow up with clients for feedback renewals and service updates.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. - Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. - Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. - Experience in matrimonial services hospitality luxury services consulting or relationship management preferred.
Required Education:
